教学过程:
Step1 Greeting and free talk:
1. Greeting: 师生用英语打招呼,减少上课给学生带来的紧张感。
2. Free talk:
How are you?
Do you like…? What do you like?
I have…Do you have…? What do you have? How many…do you have?
3. Introduce:
Can you introduce yourself to me? You can say something like this. Prepare in pairs.
Students introduce themselves and T give some evaluation to them.
Step2 Presentation and practice:
1. Play a game:
T: Boys and girls, do you like playing games?
S: Yes.
T: Let’s play a game, Brain Storm. (Try to say the words with the same sort: bananas, lion, hot dog, juice)
2. Look at these food, do you know how to read them?
Teach the new words: a hamburger, a sandwich, noodles, rice
a cup of tea, a cup of coffee, a glass of juice, a glass of milk
Consolidate the new words by reading and playing some games.
3. T: Look, where are we? We are at the snack bar. (Teach: at the snack bar)
Teach: What would you like? I’d like…

4. T: Look at the picture. Who are they?
S: They are Helen, Mike and their father.
T: They are at the snack bar. What would they like? Let’s watch and tick.
S: (Watch the cartoon and tick the right answers.)
5. Check the answers by asking and answering:
T: What would Mike like?
S: He would like a hamburger and a glass of milk.
T: What would Helen like?
S: She would like some noodles.
T: What would Father like?
S: He would like a sandwich and a cup of coffee.
T: Well done. You all get the right answers. Now let’s listen and repeat.
6. Teach the new sentence in Picture 2: What about you? Means How about you? Let the students read the two sentences.
7. Try to act Picture 1 & 2.
8. T: Look at this picture. Dad is ordering the food. Here’s the waitress. What will they say? Predict in two and try to act.
9. Listen and repeat Picture 3 & 4. Teach: Anything else?
10. Let’s read the whole test. You can choose different ways to practice.
