Unit 7 After school (A)

教学目标:

1.       能听懂、会说、会读、会拼写单词及短语after class, look for, join, study.

2.     能听懂、会说、会读、会写现在进行时的一般疑问句及其回答。

3.     能听懂、会说、会读日常交际用语和句型Perhaps they are. I’ll go and join them. Where are you going?

教学重难点:

1.       掌握四会单词及短语after class, look for, join, study.

2.     四会掌握现在进行时的一般疑问句及其回答。

教学准备:

1.       5A English book, tape, recorder, PPT

2.     evelops(24), 装在信封里写有活动内容的纸片(24张)

教学过程:

A.    Greeting and free talk:

T: Good morning, boys and girls. Today I’m your new English teacher. My name’s Grace. You can call me Grace.

S:OK.

T: Shall we begin our class?

S: OK.

T: Class begins.

Ss: Stand up!

T: Good morning, boys and girls.

S: Good morning, Grace.

T: Sit down, please. Boys and girls, what are you doing now?

S:We are sitting.

T: Good! Today I’m your new English teacher. I teach you English, what are you doing now?

S:We are having an English class.

T: Great! Boys and girls, do you like games?

Ss: Yes!

T: Let’s play a game: Snoopy says. When I says‘Snoopy says Open your English books’, you should open your English books. If I say‘Open your English books’,you should… Yes, don’t move. Understand?

Ss: Yes!

T: Let’s start!

  Snoopy says: Open your English books

  Close your English books

  Snoopy says: Stand up!

  Sit down.

  Snoopy says: Sing a song ‘What are you doing?’

Ss: (Sing the song)

B.     Presentation and practice:

T: Snoopy says: Sit down, please.

  Good job! Boys and girls. Let’s play another game: Guessing game, ok?

Ss: OK.

T: Look, this is…

Ss: Garfield.

T: Look, what is Garfield doing? You can ask with: Is he…?(板书句型)Say after me.(带读)

  I'll answer you: Yes, he is. / No, he isn't. Who can guess?

(Ss guess)

T: Let's look. Oh, he's writing. Read after me.

  Let's go on guessing. Look, what's she doing? We may guess with: Is she…?(板书句型)     Say after me.(带读) I'll answer you: Yes, she is. / No, she isn't. Who can guess?

T: Let's look. Oh, she's playing the guitar. Read after me.

  Let's go on. Look, there are five children. What are they doing? We may guess: Are they…? And we may answer with: Yes, they are. / No, they aren't. The students sit on the left you should turn back and guess, the students on the right you will answer.(坐左边的同学向后转,右边的同学不动。你想知道图片中的人物在干什么吗?请用Are they…?来猜.看到图的同学回答.)

分析:Guessing game涵盖了三个小部分,而每一个部分都采用了“信息沟”的方式提高游戏的乐趣,学生在快乐参与的同时也对本节课新的教学句型有了深刻的认识,并能初步运用,也为接下来的教学环节做了铺垫,在引入课文时,我还让学生猜一猜高山在干什么Is he…?从而进入引言部分的学习。

  Perhaps they are. What will Gao Shan do? Listen.

Ss: I’ll go and join them.

T: Say after me, I’ll, go and join,I’ll go and join them. (teach: I’ll=I will, go and join齐读、开火车读)

  Look, Wang Bing and Mike are in the playground. They are playing basketball. How about our friends? Let’s play a game, listen and guess.

  Listen, what is he doing? Is he…?

S: Is he…?

T: Yes, he is. / No, he isn’t.

  Look, he is swimming. I want to go swimming. So I say I’ll go and join him. Will you go and join him? If you want, please stand up and say: I’ll go and join him. Understand?

Ss: Yes.

Ss: I’ll go and join him.

分析:在这个环节中,训练了学生听说反应多方面的能力,学生在活动的过程中觉得有趣,也很乐于参与。

T: OK. Boys and girls, please open your English book, let’s listen and repeat.

T:(控制课件,实现人机对话,让学生那个听Helen 的话)I’m going to the library. Su Hai and Su Yang are there.

   Oh, what are they doing there? Listen. (播放Gao Shan的问句:Are they studying in the library?)

S: No.

T: What are they doing?

S: They are cleaning the library.

T: Great! Say after me: study(齐读、跟读)

  What the meaning of “study” here?

S:学习

T: Yes, it means “learn ” here.

  Boys and girls, hold your books, please. Let’s listen and repeat.
