第一课时

教学内容: 三年级下册英语  Unit 8 We’re twins! ( Story time )

教学目标:

1.      能听懂、会读、会说、会拼写单词we, girl, man, woman, boy

2.      能听懂、会读、会说单词及词组we’re=we are, twins, aunt, baby

3.      能听懂、会说、会读句型:Who is she/he? She’s my aunt./He’s my uncle. Who’s that girl? She’s Su Hai./She’s my sister. We’re twins.

4.  能在正确的情境下介绍自己家庭成员,提高学生对家庭责任感和对父母、家人的爱。

Step 1 Greeting

Good morning. Can you introduce your classmates for me?

T: Who is the girl?

T: Who is the boy?

Step 2 My family

T: OK, boys and girls, today I want to show you my family.

  Here is a picture of my family.

He is my dad. He is a nice man. He is a teacher too.

She is my mum. She is a very good woman.

Do you know this man?

Guess!

You can ask me.

T: He is my uncle.

T: This is my cousin too. He is a boy.

Step 3 Pre-reading

老师展示Mike, Yang Ling的照片并询问

Who is he/she?

展示Su Hai的照片

T: Today we will have a new friend. Her name is Su Hai.

Here is another girl. Is she Su Hai too?

T: Who is she? Guess!

T: Yes. She’s Su Yang. She’s Su Hai’s sister. They are twins.(展示文中最后一幅图)

Step 4 Watch and Choose

展示story time的背景:

Today is open day. The children and his family are at school. Let’s watch the cartoon and find who is not in the story.

给出woman(aunt), man(uncle), girls(Su Hai, Su Yang), boy(Mike), baby的图片,让学生选择未谈论到的人

让学生读图,教单词baby

T: Who is that? Who is not in the story?

Step 5 Read and Complete

T: Read the article on their own. Then discuss in pairs and try to find who they are.

Step 6 Let’s read

Read the dialogue after the tape

Step 7 Let’s Act

Student plays different roles in a group four. Pay attention to their pronunciation and intonation.

Step 8 Look and say

Group work: work in pairs and introduce your friends in the book to your partner.

Step 9 Homework

1. 阅读并背诵课文

2. 抄写并背单词

3. 仿照Fun time做一张Family tree
